- Online shopping is a service only for wholesale buyers.
- Minimum purchase amount – € 1500. Intended as minimum purchase of € 300 per shop, and minimum of 2 to 5 pieces per style.
- The fee for the procurement service is 10% from the the total purchase amount up to € 15000 .
- The fee for the procurement services on total purchase amounts exceeding € 15000 is negotiated personally with the customer.
- Together with the customer we make plan for wholesale warehouses and specific clothing styles.
- The day and working hours are agreed in advance on the basis of the customer’s request.
- The purchase is made online through a simple and convenient video call.

All documents will be sent by email ONLY. - We also offer SERVICE – ACCOMPANYING THE INDUSTRIAL AREA OF PRATO- the first day is 400€, the following days are 100€. Including meeting at the airport, dropping at the hotel, showing specific places in Prato Industrial Zone, and all documentation and shipping(fee to be paid separately). You will have a manager and driver who can speak Italian and a translator.

What shipping costs do you charge?
Shipping cost charges are variable depending on weight and parcel dimensions. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the confirmation order with shipping cost included.

– If you are a store based in an Extra European country please insert your tax id registration number during the registration phase, VAT amount won’t be charged in your order.
– For UK customers please remember to insert your EORI number which is required to receive your order and will not be charged a Vat amount.

I received my order but some items are defective. What should I do?
Normally, during packing we check the quality. If you are in this situation, we apologize for the inconvenience and we invite you to contact our customer service by email within 14 days of receipt at info@fashiongrossitaly.com by formulating in detail the subject of the complaint and attaching the photos and videos of the concerned items.
The return shipment must comply with the following:
– products may only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.
– products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. If products are not returned in the original packaging a 20% handling fee will be charged.
-products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers will not be refunded by us in case of any issue.
