Terms and Conditions of Wholesale Purchase
with Fashion Gross Italy
1. Online purchasing sessions are held upon appoinment by video-call via WhatsApp or any other app or program chosen by client.
2. One purchasing sessions is intended not more than one working day.
3. Minimum purchase amount per session with our agency is €1500. They are intended as a minimum purchase of €300 – €500 per vendor, stipulated dy vendor.
4. Minimum amount of pieces per style is stipulated by vendor and normally vary from 2 to 12 pieces, if vendor sells only by packs.
5. The decision on purchase is to be made and confirmed by client during the purchasing session. Changes to the selection of the goods by client are admissible within the same working day of the session.
6. The fee for the procurement service is 10% of the total purchase amount up to €15000.
7. The fee for the procurement service on total purchase amount exceeding €15000 is negotiated personally with the customer.
8. The service includes: prior to appointment discussion of client’s needs and scouting of the clothing/accessories to meet client’s requests; purchasing session in chosen factory shops; collecting and packing of the goods; preparing of all the necessary accompanying documents for shipping out of the goods.
9. Shipping out of the goods to the client’s destination (We ship worldwide) are held at separate cost discussed with the customer based on the quotes received from the couriers: UPS, DHL, FedEx, or we can consider a client’s courier, provided it is licensed.
10. The goods are collected and despached to clients after 100% prepayment of all the corresponding invoices issued by Fashion Gross Italy to the client.
11. We accept payments by bank transfer or by card via Nexi payment system. All respective bank commissions are born by client.
12. We also offer service of ACCOMPANYING AND SHOPPING IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA OF PRATO in person with our driver and buyer speaking Italian and English.
The paragraphs 2-11 are applied to such service as well.
Plus extra fee for accompanying in person in the amount of €200 per day.

Time of delivery depends on destinations, approximately:

3 – 5 working days for the most part of european countries

7- 10 working days for the outside of european countries
What shipping costs do you charge?
Shipping cost charges are variable depending on weight and parcel dimensions. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the confirmation order with shipping cost included.
Will I receive a track and trace code?
After parcels are entrusted to our couriers, we will send you all the information required to track your delivery. Please remember that make sure your company address and contact references are correctly in order to organize the best delivery for you.
Is the VAT/TAX amount included in my order?
– All the product price are not include the Vat/Tax
– If you are based in a European country store and you have a valid VAT number please insert it in your account data in the appropriate field during the registration phase, so it won’t be charged in your order.
– If you are a store based in an Extra European country please insert your tax id registration number during the registration phase, VAT amount won’t be charged in your order.
– For UK customers please remember to insert your EORI number which is required to receive your order and will not be charged a Vat amount.

I received my order but some items are defective. What should I do?
Normally, during packing we check the quality. If you are in this situation, we apologize for the inconvenience and we invite you to contact our customer service by email within 14 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org by formulating in detail the subject of the complaint and attaching the photos and videos of the concerned items.
The return shipment must comply with the following:
– products may only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.
– products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. If products are not returned in the original packaging a 20% handling fee will be charged.
-products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers will not be refunded by us in case of any issue.
