Terms and Conditions of Wholesale Purchase with FASHION GROSS ITALY
- Online purchasing sessions are held upon appointment by video call via WhatsApp or any other app or program chosen by the client.
- One purchasing session is inteded not more than one working day
- The minimum purchase amount per session with our agency is €1500.
- Each vendor stipulates the its minimum purchase (normally of € 300-€500 per warehouse) and minimum amount of pieces per style (typically varies from 2 to 12, if a vendor sells only by packs).
- The client will make and confirm the purchase decision during the purchasing session. Changes to the selection of the goods by the client are permissible within the same working day of the session.
- The fee for the procurement service is 10% of the total purchase amount up to € 15.000.
- The fee for the procurement services on total purchase amounts exceeding € 15.000 is negotiated personally with the customer.
- The service includes before appointment discussion of the client’s needs and scouting clothing/accessories to meet the client’s requests; purchasing session in chosen factory shops; collecting and packing of the goods; and preparing all necessary accompanying documents for shipping out of the goods.
- Shipping out of the goods to the client’s destination (we ship worldwide) are held at separate cost discussed with the customer based on the quotes received from the couriers: UPS, DHL, FedEx, or we can consider a client’s courier (provided it is licensed)
- The goods are collected and despatched to clients after 100% prepayment of all the corresponding invoices issued by Fashion Gross Italy to the client.
- We accept payments by bank transfer or by card via the Nexi payment system. The client bears all respective bank commissions.
- We also offer SERVICE – ACCOMPANYING AND SHOPPING IN THE INDUSTRIAL AREA OF PRATO in person with the driver and buyer speaking Italian and English.
Paragraphs 2-11 are applied to such service as well.
Plus an extra fee for accompanying in person for € 200 per day.

Time of delivery depends on destinations, approximately:

3 – 5 working days for the most part of european countries

7- 10 working days for the outside of european countries
What shipping costs do you charge?
Shipping cost charges are variable depending on weight and parcel dimensions. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you the confirmation order with shipping cost included.
Will I receive a track and trace code?
After parcels are entrusted to our couriers, we will send you all the information required to track your delivery. Please remember that make sure your company address and contact references are correctly in order to organize the best delivery for you.
Is the VAT/TAX amount included in my order?

– If you are based in a European country store and you have a valid VAT number please insert it in your account data in the appropriate field during the registration phase, so it won’t be charged in your order.
– If you are a store based in an Extra European country please insert your tax id registration number during the registration phase, VAT amount won’t be charged in your order.
– For UK customers please remember to insert your EORI number which is required to receive your order and will not be charged a Vat amount.

I received my order but some items are defective. What should I do?
Normally, during packing we check the quality. If you are in this situation, we apologize for the inconvenience and we invite you to contact our customer service by email within 14 days of receipt at info@fashiongrossitaly.com by formulating in detail the subject of the complaint and attaching the photos and videos of the concerned items.
The return shipment must comply with the following:
– products may only be returned within 14 days of receipt. Therefore, please always thoroughly check your order upon receipt.
– products should be returned in their original condition and packaging. If products are not returned in the original packaging a 20% handling fee will be charged.
-products that have already been sold by you to one of your customers will not be refunded by us in case of any issue.
